In 1981, Marc Kaplan received a degree in civil engineering and began working with Sanford Construction Company, his father's development and contracting company.

Sanford Custom Builders creates singular homes built to last for generations. Years of experience have so engrained the nuts and bolts of custom home construction, renovations and additions, that the award-winning construction company can now turn its attention to the innovations and refinements that make their homes second to none.
