Company Profile:

Elizabeth Swartz, ASID, has a deep understanding of how important it is to seamlessly integrate architecture and interior design. This understanding comes from her 30 years of experience in the field, and extends to her use of color, natural materials, and skilled craftspeople. She has experience working on sophisticated weekend retreats, elegant homes and residences, and spaces like kitchens and bathrooms. She also has experience working on small-scale commercial interiors.

Elizabeth remarks, “I listen carefully to understand my client’s vision and provide personalized interior design services to guide the process and make their vision a reality. This philosophy is dependent upon a close collaboration, and my clients recognize that decisions are made with them, not for them.”

Dedicated to providing advocacy for her clients and monitoring the project process, Elizabeth is on board from start to finish - she weighs on on the initial planning stages through drawings and specifications, and stays involved until the very end with furniture and decor design.

“As a problem solver I interpret my clients’ ideas, then team with various builders, trades people, workrooms, cabinetmakers, craftspeople, and artisans to transform these concepts into distinctive and inviting spaces.” Elizabeth graduated with a degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. She is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and she holds a Presidential Citation from ASID’s New England Chapter. She is board certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Her projects have garnered multiple awards and she has been featured in numerous publications including New England Home, Boston Common, Trends, Cape Cod Home, HGTV, New Hampshire Home, and The Perfect Home Book Series “Leading Residential Interior Designers.”
