Perched on a wooded hillside, this reimagined mid-century modern home—rebuilt by McCormack Builders with landscape design by Roots & Rocks—honors the clean lines and organic simplicity of its architectural roots while embracing cutting-edge craftsmanship. What began as a renovation became a complete rebuild after uncovering structural issues, paving the way for a new design by High Rock Design that raised ceilings, expanded the footprint, and infused warmth with Douglas fir accents. With engineered lumber for unmatched precision and a Japanese garden-inspired landscape woven seamlessly into the design, the result is a timeless, tranquil home where architecture and nature flow as one.
