A Timeless Affair

In a classic Boston neighborhood, Carter & Company Interior Design transformed a Georgian-style home into a bold, refined reflection of its vibrant young homeowners. Collaborating closely with architect Frank McGuire and contractor Payne Bouchier, the team reoriented the home’s layout and infused each space with layered texture, custom millwork, and a harmonious mix of classical details and modern design. From a reinvented mudroom with garden access to a jewel-toned dining room rich in artisan details, the result is a dynamic, artful residence that effortlessly blends tradition with contemporary flair.
