Set against a backdrop of restored meadowland and conservation views, this Lexington home designed by Colin Smith Architecture and built by Benchmark Builders embraces intentional simplicity and modern vernacular design. With clean lines, local materials, and a thoughtful connection to nature, the home unfolds across three volumes, each framing the landscape in a unique way. Native plantings, reclaimed stone, and a striking cathedral ceiling with a reclaimed fireplace add texture and warmth, while expansive glazing invites the outdoors in.
