Design applications of Pantone Color of the Year 2020, Classic Blue
For over twenty years, the Pantone Color Institute has declared a fresh, vibrant shade as the Color of the Year. Every year, the Institute’s color experts travel the world, analyzing trends and searching for global color inspiration in all areas of design before choosing a shade to honor. Living room interior design by Elizabeth Home Design & Decor
In an ode to spring and vitality, we go beyond the clover green of St. Patrick’s Day to highlight the many faces of this versatile, feel-good hue. From Kelly and electric lime to soft jades, and moss and meadow greens, this tone runs the spectrum, to be sure. Green is an instant mood-lifter; it’s blissful in a serene wash and downright unstoppable in apple. This buoyant couch provides a shock of...
Alluring Dining Room Table Design
It's the time of year when people have taken planes, trains and automobiles for the opportunity to gather around the tables of family and friends and share a delicious meal and bright conversation. These days, it seems harder to stop the breakneck speed of the daily race to just be. This is one of the reasons we love Thanksgiving. It's a time of gratitude, of course, but it also seems to come...

After all, why should museums have all the fun? Traditional, transitional and eclectic interior designs can all benefit from a little Greco-Roman flair. When done well, busts as home accents are beautiful,...
Fall Fashion in the Home
Here at BDG, we love fashion. And, we love seeing the interplay between the fashion industry’s hottest new collections and the home styles of interior design professionals. The two fields aren’t far removed when you think about it. Both are always evolving and prize beauty and line, and texture, fabric and feel. They are also highly personal. The difference is the medium; while fashion designers...
Interior Design for the NH Designer Showhouse
Kacey Graham and Michaele Boehm of Boehm Graham Interior Design (BGID) created a Scotch men’s lair for the New Hampshire Designer Showhouse at the Frank E. Anderson House. The interior design was a meaningful journey, not to mention loads of fun, for the talented mother-daughter team, as it gave the designers a rare opportunity to conceive something personal, rather than client-driven. As with...
