Embracing preservation over demolition, builder E.J. Jaxtimer meticulously restored an Osterville barn’s original beams and woodwork, layering in modern comforts while honoring its refined yet rustic charm. Interior design by Dulcey Connon Home brings warmth and style to the main gathering space, centered around a marble-clad island and a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchenette. A smart addition includes a mudroom, full bath, and lofted guest space, while custom millwork from Jaxtimer’s in-house shop adds custom flair throughout. Outdoors, landscape designer ML Curadossi crafted an elegant extension of the barn’s new life, with IPE decking, a pergola, and a new pool area offering serene views of the surrounding golf course. This revitalized barn now serves as a cherished hub for relaxation and celebration, and an inspired blend of heritage and hospitality, brought to life by a builder with true passion for restoration.
