Life in Color
Creative spirit and timeless comfort coexist in a beloved Scraggy Neck retreat.
Along the shores of Scraggy Neck, a once-modest vacation home was transformed into a vibrant dream home. With architect J.B. Clancy of ART Architects and interior designer Jocelyn Chiappone of Digs Design Company leading the charge, the early-2000s house was transformed into a light-filled, welcoming haven brimming with color, style, and sentiment. Integrating new additions with existing architecture, Clancy crafted open, airy spaces ideal for gathering, while Chiappone infused each room with bold color stories, organic textures, and her signature “Digs Mix” of layered design. From a sunroom tailored for boat-watching to a raspberry-hued pantry and custom game table, every detail reflects the homeowners’ joyful spirit and thoughtful planning for future generations. Anchored by coastal charm and playful sophistication, the result is a forever home rich in personality, comfort, and enduring family connection.
