Returning Home

Located on twelve acres in Concord, Massachusetts, this custom-crafted family retreat celebrates the idea of returning home through architecture, craftsmanship, and a profound connection to the landscape. McAlpine designed the residence to embrace its unique setting, while Fallon Custom Homes & Renovations brought the vision to life with exceptional custom craftsmanship, precision millwork, and meticulous execution. Interiors by Chango & Co. balance contemporary character with timeless warmth, creating expressive yet highly livable spaces tailored to family life. From the earliest stages, Matthew Cunningham Landscape Design and Onyx Corporation collaborated closely with the architectural team to shape a landscape that transitions seamlessly from refined gardens and outdoor living spaces to native meadows, wetlands, and woodland beyond. Together, the multidisciplinary team created a home that feels deeply rooted in its surroundings while thoughtfully supporting modern family life. Defined by enduring materials, careful collaboration, and a strong sense of place, the project is a meaningful expression of homecoming, designed to be cherished for generations.
