This dramatic black and white bath with his and her vanities is all the more striking for its leafy backdrop. We love how SLC Interiors, Inc. positioned the mirrors on the windows themselves and kept the feel breezy with whisper-thin half curtains.

A vision in line and form, this minimalist bath by Sea-Dar Construction masters the art of the yin and yang with its stark white soaking tub, glossy marble floors and ebony shower. From the tub or in the shower, residents are afforded a clear view of the skyline.

When a late 1800s, five-story Back Bay townhouse was converted back to a single-family home, Oak Hill Architects gave the owners ample opportunity to include modern conveniences while preserving the home’s original period detailing. This master bath crystallizes this mission, juxtaposing classic ivory marble with contemporary wood accents.
