Since founding MASS Architect in 2016, Nick Paolucci has created a full service architecture firm that provides a wide range of architectural services throughout New England. A high school drafting class sparked Paolucci’s interest in architecture, and from there he knew he would pursue a career in the field.

He attended Auburn University’s architecture program and is now a licensed architect in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. From drafting, design, and 3D rendering to developing strong design-build relationships with trusted home builders and developers, Paolucci is involved in every step of the process. As the sole architect of the company, he offers clients a personalized and detailed experience throughout the design process.

From smaller additions to brand new custom homes, collaboration with clients and builders is an integrative process for Paolucci. Listening to client needs is essential, and offering alternative design possibilities gives clients even more ideas for what is possible in their spaces. For some projects, the design and build progress is captured beautifully via Timelapse camera footage and a 3D virtual tour. As a LEED-accredited professional, he brings green building concepts to life with innovative materials and energy-saving principles that can reduce a project’s impact on the environment. From the initial design phase, to the final construction walkthrough, Paolucci takes pride in his attentive, flexible, and accountable approach to all of his work. With a bright future ahead, he hopes to take on even bigger projects and expand his network of trusted builders.
