Manifesting a Dream

Long before construction began, the homeowners imagined how they wanted to live on this quiet piece of land where woods meet marsh. Designed by SV Design and built by Cape Associates Inc., the home realizes its owners’ longtime dream through a highly coordinated process that began well before construction. Every decision, from the home’s linear form and moody cedar exterior to its graceful indoor-outdoor connections, responds to the site’s unique character and environmental constraints.

Inside, the homeowners’ personal vision is reflected in warm, tailored interiors anchored by custom millwork, a dual-sided fireplace, and a beautifully executed kitchen by White Wood Kitchens. Wellness amenities, abundant natural light, and carefully framed views foster a sense of ease throughout.

Early collaboration with Mulcahy Design Group and Executive Landscaping ensured the landscape feels as intrinsic to the home as the architecture itself, with native plantings and preserved habitat reinforcing a quiet connection to nature. The timeless sanctuary merges thoughtful design with careful stewardship, creating a home that feels at home within its lush surroundings.
