Founder and principal Patti Watson and her credentialed team make residential projects stress-free for clients through attentive design leadership, creative guidance, and expert project management. We’re known for keeping complex home design and build projects simple and stress free for our clients. Our role is to help you maximize your investment, mitigate risk, and ensure the result is a beautiful, comfortable living space the entire family will enjoy.

From our stunning design studio and client center in Newport, RI, as well as our convenient office in Westport, CT, Patti and her experienced team provide exceptional service to our clients, traveling regularly for site visits and leaving no detail untouched.

Taste’s services range from concept planning to comprehensive custom design packages for new and historic projects. Since 2004, our collaborative team has grown to 20 credentialed project managers, designers, and production coordinators who genuinely enjoy supporting one another, delivering designs that make financial sense and delight the families that live in them.
