Sky High Vision

What began as a simple closet renovation evolved into a remarkable full-home transformation, demonstrating the power of collaboration and an organic design process. FBN Construction, Casa Design Group, Hacin, and TSP Smart Spaces worked together to reimagine a Seaport penthouse that expanded in scope—and ultimately in size—as the homeowners’ vision grew. Initially sparked by Casa Design Group’s elegant dressing room redesign, the project progressed through thoughtfully renovated living spaces before the acquisition of the condominium below inspired a seamless two-story residence. Hacin unified the homes architecturally with a striking steel-and-glass staircase and a refined material palette, while FBN Construction expertly navigated the complexities of renovating within a waterfront high-rise. TSP Smart Spaces discreetly integrated whole-home automation, enhancing comfort and functionality without compromising the clean, contemporary aesthetic. Defined by trust, creativity, and close collaboration, the finished home reflects a deeply personal vision—one thoughtfully designed to evolve alongside the family’s next chapter.
