Everything about this newly built residence began with a single idea: maintaining an uninterrupted relationship with the horizon. Designed by Muldoon Architects, built by ARCHWRIGHT Fine Home Builders, and shaped in concert with Mulcahy Design Group, the residence demonstrates the power of thoughtful collaboration between architecture, construction, and landscape design
The home was designed as a multigenerational retreat, balancing expansive gathering areas with more intimate private spaces. Clean architectural lines, natural materials, and expansive glazing maximize water views while grounding the home within its coastal setting. Throughout the project, careful planning and coordination enabled the team to navigate complex site constraints and coastal regulations without compromising the design vision.
The landscape extends this connection to place through a series of terraces, native plantings, and outdoor living spaces that transition seamlessly into the surrounding environment.
