A Duneside Jewel
Nestled where Chatham’s historic Old Village meets the ocean, this newly built beach house by Polhemus Savery DaSilva (PSD) captures the natural beauty of its duneside setting with a thoughtful blend of traditional charm and modern coastal design. Replacing an ill-fitting teardown, the home embraces classic New England architecture on its street-facing side, while offering expansive ocean views and contemporary styling at the rear. With interiors by Carolyn Thayer Interiors and a minimalist landscape design that honors the surrounding dunes, every element of the home was carefully curated to let the breathtaking natural scenery take center stage.
