Company Profile:

In business since 1918, Eldredge & Bourne Moving & Storage sets the standard for reliability, stability, and consistency. We service Cape Cod, Nantucket and some parts of Southeastern MA. We offer a full range of white glove receiving, inspection, and installation services, whether you are an interior designer, builder, architect, or the homeowner

With two warehouses totaling more than 27,000 square feet of heated and air-conditioned storage space, we take pride in our facilities and encourage potential clients to visit and see for themselves the care and respect with which we treat the belongings entrusted to us.

Inspection Services:

Items are unpackaged and examined for any flaws. Upholstered furniture is examined by our warehousemen using cotton gloves and once inspected, is then plastic wrapped, pad wrapped and plastic wrapped again for cleaner, safer storage and install. Boxed furniture is unpackaged, pad wrapped, and plastic wrapped as well. Boxed accessories and lighting are carefully re-packaged by our staff using their original packaging. If any item is found to have damage it is immediately photographed and marked. The photos and shipment information are sent to the client so they may file a claim.

Inventories are updated daily. Once your account is set up and the first piece arrives a live link is emailed to the account’s contact. With this link you can check your inventory any time to see if new items have arrived. If you have any questions in regard to the inventory or item arrivals, you can reach out to your dedicated account manager to verify any information.

Our professional uniformed crews take great care with the items being installed and the home itself. Our well-maintained trucks are clean with extra moving blankets and equipment to ensure a problem free install.  Our white glove installation services include delivery into the home, unpackaging, assembly and placement. Debris is removed and either disposed of in an on-site dumpster or brought back to our facility for disposal.
