The official entry period for the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway is from Monday, December 29th through Tuesday, February 17th.

Patrick Ahearn will design the home in a traditional Cape Cod style, complete with stove chimneys, dormers, three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. The home will total out at 3,200 square feet, and will be intimate in scale while also maintaining an open and airy floor plan.
The bright, white kitchen opens up to the back patio bringing natural light to fill the room.
