Gorgeous Easter Tablescapes

Easter tablescapes

When it comes to inspiration, like you, we love paging through glossy national home magazines and scouring their websites to see what they’re up to. Veranda is pretty much our bible (if you haven’t read “The Joy of Spring” ‘Bringing Beauty Home’ section in their March-April issue, you’d best hop to it!), Elle Décor is also a favorite, and, when it comes to entertaining, despite our Yankee sensibilities, nobody touches the warmth and hospitality of Southern Living. When searching up perfect Easter tablescapes, we came across these beauties and couldn’t help but share….

This Easter table, designed by Amy Saltzman of the Alchemy Event Studio, designed this vibrant spread for a Greek Orthodox Easter luncheon. Look closely and you won’t see hide nor hare (sorry! couldn’t resist!) of a bunny or egg. What you will see is a runner of blooms bedecked with lemons and oranges and a cascade of color dripping from the chandelier.

It’s the hushed color palette and generous use of glass that brings a delicate beauty to this Easter setting created by Charleston-based event planner Calder Clark. (See? Southern!) The combination of robin’s egg blue, celery green and warm peach is particularly striking in this light and lovely dining room, atop the table’s distressed wood backdrop.

The lush layers of this cool and colorful tablescape make it a lavish springtime success. We love that Jane Scott Hodges, founder of Leontine Linens (naturally!) thinks outside the jelly bean jar to use shades of cobalt, turquoise and bottle green. The small grass flourishes atop stacks of lilac chargers are a delight, providing a perch for place cards as well as shocks of color that don’t upstage the central bouquet.
