Anuraj D. Shah Joins Cutting Edge Homes, Inc

Cutting Edge Homes announces that Anuraj D. Shah has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a new position within Cutting Edge Homes, Inc.

A graduate of Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Shah brings over fifteen years of experience as a studio artist, residential and institutional designer, and project manager for a variety of design and construction projects. Prior to his appointment, Shah most recently managed design and construction projects for Crosby Real Estate where he was responsible for representing the homeowner through all phases of construction from pre-design through project closeout.

Previously, Shah exercised his architectural training at Gilman Guidelli & Bellow Company, Marc Truant & Associates, Anmahian Winton Architects, and Hashim Sarkis Architecture & Urban Design as a project manager and project designer.  His strong design background and dedication to the homeowners he works with was a perfect fit with the mission of Cutting Edge Homes, Inc.

Shah is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan for project management and has focused on increasing the overall efficiency of Cutting Edge Homes. Shah has reinforced best practices across the project teams to standardize and streamline the teams’ activity and production. Company operations and dynamics are also a large focus for Shah, as he works closely with Cutting to forecast upcoming staffing opportunities, assemble project teams, and evaluate sub-contractor and vendor relationships. Both office and field staff members look at Shah as a mentor and a coach.
