Design Home 2015
Each year, Boston Magazine builds a Design Home in the Greater Boston area. This year's Design Home is located at Turner Hill, a luxury golf community in Ipswich, MA. The featured unit has an eclectic, sophisticated style, along with state-of-the-art appliances and gorgeous furnishings.
Lee Dellicker chose Windover Construction to lead the direction of The Residences at Turner Hill, including the Design Home unit. Kao Design Group, a studio of green strategists, planners and architects was chosen to use their architectural expertise to ensure that the new residence complements the historic grandeur of the 1903 Turner Hill Mansion. Ticket profits from tours of the Design Home benefited Boston Children's Hospital this year.
Design East Interiors created the refined style within the Design Home, in collaboration with the Turner Hill designer.
