Led by owners Jeff Capello and Alan Baima, Concept Building has been making its own history in the custom building and remodeling business since 2009. The opportunity to successfully build a classic New England home perched over the tranquil scenery of a traditional working farm was hugely gratifying to both the homeowners and their dream team of construction professionals.

Concept Building As practical as it is pretty, the house boasts old world finishes, wood countertops, natural beams, sliding barn doors, plenty of storage space, and a detached two-car Carriage house, complete with music room, sauna, and bocce court.
