The client wanted a custom home built to integrate with an existing 125 year old barn set on a 5 acre parcel in historic Concord. They wanted the house to replicate a colonial era gone by, but have the conveniences of modern living. The Eligius Homes meticulous restoration of the barn facility, their unique design concept, material selection and quality finish work made this customer’s vision come alive.
